Ordering
How do I place an order? Browse our store, add items to your cart, and click checkout. Enter your shipping address, choose a payment method, and confirm. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes.
Do I need an account to order? No. You can check out as a guest. Creating an account is optional and lets you track orders, save addresses, and check out faster next time.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) and approved third-party payment options shown at checkout.
Is my payment information secure? Yes. All payments are processed through PCI-compliant payment providers with full SSL encryption. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email info@mowersgardens.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order ships, our standard return policy applies.
Do you offer financing? Financing options vary and are displayed at checkout when available. Please check the payment step of checkout to see current options.
Will I be charged sales tax? Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state laws. The total tax will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Shipping
How much does shipping cost? Shipping is 100% free on every order to the lower 48 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may have a freight surcharge displayed at checkout.
How long does shipping take? Most orders are delivered within 7 to 21 business days from the order date. Smaller items typically arrive in 7–10 business days, while large freight items like sheds, gazebos, riding mowers, and excavators take 14–21 business days.
Where do you ship? We ship to all 50 US states. We don't currently ship internationally, to PO boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses.
Who delivers my order? Orders are shipped via Goneshipping, our trusted carrier partner. Large freight items may be delivered by specialized freight carriers.
How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships. You can also check our Track My Order page anytime.
What happens if my freight order arrives damaged? Inspect the packaging carefully before signing the delivery receipt. Note any visible damage on the receipt, take photos, and email info@mowersgardens.com within 48 hours. We'll arrange a free replacement or refund.
Do you offer expedited shipping? For most products, no — we use standard freight to keep shipping free. If you have an urgent need, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy? Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. See our full Return Policy for details.
How do I start a return? Email info@mowersgardens.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 1–2 business days.
Who pays for return shipping? If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. A 15% restocking fee may apply to large freight items.
How long does it take to get my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Can I return a used or installed product? No. Items that have been used, fueled, assembled, or installed are not eligible for return.
Can I exchange an item for a different one? We don't process direct exchanges. Return the original item under our standard policy and place a new order for the replacement — it's the fastest way.
Warranty
Are your products covered by warranty? Yes. Most products come with the original manufacturer's warranty. Coverage and duration vary by manufacturer and product — check the product page or included documentation for specifics.
How do I file a warranty claim? Warranty claims are handled directly by the manufacturer. Follow the instructions included with your product, or contact us at info@mowersgardens.com and we'll point you to the right place.
Do you offer extended warranties? Extended warranty options vary by product and brand. If available, they'll be shown at checkout.
My product broke after the warranty period — can you help? We can often help with replacement parts, repair guidance, or connecting you with the manufacturer. Email info@mowersgardens.com with your order details.
Products
Are your products new? Yes. Every product we sell is brand new, in original manufacturer packaging, with full warranty.
Are your products authentic? Absolutely. We're an authorized retailer for every brand we carry, including Cub Cadet, MechMaxx, Backyard Discovery, Lifetime, John Deere, and more.
Do you sell replacement parts? Yes. We carry replacement parts and accessories for many of the brands we stock. Browse our Parts & Accessories section.
Will my equipment require assembly? Most large items — gazebos, sheds, swing sets, pergolas — require assembly. Lawn mowers and machinery typically arrive partially assembled with clear instructions. Assembly difficulty is noted on individual product pages when relevant.
Do you provide installation service? We don't currently offer installation service directly. We're happy to recommend local installers in some areas — email us with your zip code.
I have a question about a specific product. Can you help? Yes — send us the product name or link and your question to info@mowersgardens.com. We'll get you the spec, dimension, or compatibility info you need within 1 business day.
Account
How do I create an account? Click "Sign In" at the top of any page and choose "Create Account." Enter your email and a password — that's it.
I forgot my password. What do I do? Click "Sign In" → "Forgot Password" and enter your email. We'll send you a reset link.
How do I update my address or contact information? Sign in to your account and click "Account Settings." You can update your address, email, and password anytime.
How do I delete my account? Email info@mowersgardens.com from the address tied to your account, with the subject "Delete My Account." We'll process the request within 30 days.
Will you send me marketing emails? Only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email.
