How Quickly We Process Your Order
Once you place an order, our team verifies stock and prepares your shipment within 1 to 3 business days. Large outdoor equipment such as gazebos, sheds, riding mowers, and excavators may take an extra day or two for crating and freight booking. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking details the moment it ships.

Freight Delivery for Large Equipment
Heavy or oversized items such as riding mowers, mini excavators, sheds, gazebos, sawmills, and skid steer attachments ship by freight carrier. Before delivery, the carrier will call you to schedule a window. Please make sure someone over 18 is available to sign for the shipment and that the delivery address can accommodate a freight truck. Curbside delivery is standard on freight orders — the driver is not required to bring the item inside or up a driveway.
When your freight order arrives, please inspect the packaging carefully before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is 100% free on every order to the lower 48 states. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii may incur an additional surcharge for freight items, which will be displayed at checkout before payment.
How to Track Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to the email used at checkout. You can track your delivery anytime through Goneshipping or directly from your order confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking after 5 business days, check your spam folder or contact us at info@mowersgardens.com.
What If My Order Is Delayed?
While we work hard to ship every order on time, occasional delays do happen due to weather, carrier capacity, or stock shortages on third-party fulfilled items. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, we'll email you with an updated timeline. You can cancel any unshipped order for a full refund — see our Cancellation Policy for details.
