You have 30 days from delivery to request a return on most items.

Eligible returns are refunded in full to your original payment method.

What Can Be Returned

Most items purchased from Mowers Gardens can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in resalable condition, and in their original packaging with all manuals, parts, and accessories included.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned within 30 days of the delivery date

  • Be in new, unused, and uninstalled condition

  • Include the original packaging, manuals, hardware, and accessories

  • Be free of damage caused after delivery

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For safety, hygiene, and manufacturer reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, fueled, assembled, or installed

  • Custom or built-to-order equipment

  • Replacement parts that have been opened or installed

  • Items missing original packaging, manuals, or hardware

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper assembly

  • Gift cards and promotional items

How to Start a Return
Contact Us

Email info@mowersgardens.com with your order number and reason for return.

Get Your RMA

We'll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address on your RMA.

Get Refunded

Once received and inspected, your refund is processed within 5–10 business days.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error — wrong item shipped, defective product, or damage in transit — Mowers Gardens covers the full cost of return shipping. We'll email you a prepaid return label.

If the return is for any other reason — change of mind, ordered the wrong size, no longer needed — the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For large freight items such as gazebos, sheds, riding mowers, and excavators, return freight can be expensive. We'll provide a return shipping quote before you commit so there are no surprises.

A restocking fee of 15% may apply to large freight items returned for non-defect reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if something arrives damaged or defective, we'll fix it fast at no cost to you. Please:

  1. Inspect your order on delivery, especially freight items

  2. Take photos of any visible damage to the box or product

  3. Note the damage on the delivery receipt before signing (for freight shipments)

  4. Email info@mowersgardens.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos

We'll arrange a free replacement, repair, or full refund — your choice.

When You'll Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll send a confirmation email and process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days

  • PayPal: 3–5 business days

  • Store Credit: Issued immediately upon approval

If more than 10 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you haven't received it, please contact your bank first, then email us at info@mowersgardens.com.

Canceling an Order

You can cancel any order at no cost as long as it hasn't shipped yet. Email info@mowersgardens.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it falls under our standard return policy above.

Exchanges

We don't process direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, simply return the original under the policy above and place a new order for the replacement. This is the fastest way to get the item you actually want without long delays.
