Tracking Questions
  • I haven't received a tracking email. What do I do? First, check your spam or promotions folder. Tracking emails go out the moment your order leaves our warehouse, but they sometimes get filtered. If it's been more than 5 business days since your order and you still don't see it, email info@mowersgardens.com with your order number and we'll resend it.

  • My tracking hasn't updated in a few days. Is something wrong? Tracking updates can pause for 1–3 days, especially during transit between carrier facilities or for freight shipments. This is normal. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, contact us and we'll check with the carrier.

  • Tracking shows "delivered" but I haven't received my order. Check with neighbors, your front and back porches, and any side entries. Some carriers leave packages in unusual spots. If you still can't find it, contact us within 48 hours so we can file a claim with the carrier.

  • Can I change my delivery address after my order shipped? Once an order has shipped, address changes must go through the carrier directly. Contact us right away with your tracking number and we'll help coordinate with Goneshipping.

  • My freight order is taking longer than expected. What should I do? Freight items (sheds, gazebos, riding mowers, excavators) can take 14–21 business days. The freight carrier will call you to schedule delivery — make sure they have a working phone number on file. If you haven't been contacted within the estimate window, email us.

  • Can I pick up my order instead of having it shipped? We're an online-only retailer and ship from regional warehouses, so pickup isn't available.
